Day1   Arrive in India and airport pick-up

Namaste, welcome to magical India. Upon arrival at India Gandhi International Airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your lovely hotel.

On the way to the hotel, he will take a brief introduction to your India tour. After checking in, you can choose to have a good rest to adjust to the new time zone or just have some free time to visit around on your own.

Day2  Delhi(Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar,Humayun's Tomb)

Today, it’s time to explore the incredible sights of both Old Delhi and New Delhi.

In Old Delhi, we will visit Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque; Then take a rickshaw to experience the local life on Chandni Chowk.

In New Delhi, we will view the towering Qutab Minar (World Heritage), historical Purana Qila (Old Fort, World Heritage), Humayun's Tomb, and Jantar Mantar (World Heritage). Pay homage at Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi's memorial.

Finish today’s sightseeing at a colorful Hindu Temple-Laxmi Narayan Temple.

Day3  Delhi-Agra (Mehtab Bagh)

After breakfast drive to Agra (250km, about 4.5hours) with a stopover for a coffee break or photo opportunities at your request any time en-route. On arrival, check-in at your hotel for rest.

Optional activity: visit the Mehtab Bagh where you can review a preview of the Taj Mahal.

Day4  Agra(Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb)

In the early morning, our guide will take you to the Taj Mahal (World Heritage) for sunrise while avoiding the crowds and heat in the daytime. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built-in pristine white marble by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in remembrance of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, it is thronged by tourists from far and wide.

Drive back to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed to visit the Agra Fort (World Heritage) and Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb (Baby Taj) whose designed elephants even outshine the Taj.

Note: The Taj Mahal will be closed every Friday.

Day5  Agra-Jaipur (Fatehpur Sikri)

Today we will depart to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (240km, about 5 hours).

As the former royal city, Fatehpur Sikri (about 1.5hours driving time from Agra) is the sandstone city of Emperor Akbar. Cover Jama Masjid, Buland Darwaza, and the world’s largest gateway, the historical Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhavan, and Panch Mahal.

After sightseeing, we will check in Jaipur’s hotel. Optional activity: take the Jaipur Local Bazaar walking tour with your tour guide, the cost is USD 40 Per Person.

Day6  Jaipur (Amer Fort, Sheesh Mahal, Jaipur Jantar Mantar)

Today we will enjoy a full-day tour in Jaipur.

In the morning, visit the Amber Fort (World Heritage) with a jeep ride or elephant back ride up to the entrance, inside where you will visit the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors).

Then you will follow your tour guide back to Jaipur city and visit the Nahargarh Fort on the way. It opens up a grand panorama of the whole of Jaipur.

In the afternoon, you will pass by the pink Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) for a picture. Continue to visit the City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (World Heritage). Drive through the rose pink residential and business areas before returning to your hotel. In the evening, you can witness the vivacious Sound & Light Show at Amber Fort, a striking beauty in red sandstone.

Day7  Jaipur-Varanasi by flight(Ganges River, Ganga Aarti Ceremony)

After breakfast, we will escort you to Jaipur airport and catch your direct flight to Varanasi(about 1hour 50min), which is one of the oldest living cities in the world and is known for its spiritual vibes and the sacred Ganges River.

When you arrive at the Varanasi airport, you will be met by our local guide and driver there and they will escort you to the hotel for rest.

In the evening, follow your tour guide to witness the thousand-year-old Aarti Ceremony during which worshippers pray near the water by the light of candles and lanterns.

Day8  Varanasi (Bharat Mata Temple, Alamgir Mosque, Sarnath Museum)

Wake up early and take a boat cruise on the Ganges River for sunrise around the peaceful environment. You will sit by the Ghats River and see the Hindu prayers bathing in the river and empty their mind.

Go back to your hotel for breakfast and a short rest. Later today, you will take a brief Varanasi city tour by visiting the Bharat Mata Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, and the Alamgir Mosque.

In the afternoon, take an excursion to Sarnath (The Deer Park) where Gautama Buddha taught his first sermon and visit Sarnath Museum (closed on Fridays).

Day9  Varanasi-Delhi by flight, Delhi Departure (Depart India, Airport see-off)

After breakfast, your driver will escort you to Varanasi airport and take the flight back to Delhi. When you arrive at Delhi airport, you will take the connecting flight back home.
